Zoe Holland, Founder & Managing Director
Zoe Holland is Managing Director of ZebraLC™, the UKs leading technical due diligence, audit and consulting business focused on the legal sector. Zoe has built a national reputation as a technical due diligence specialist, assessing law firm WIP value, together with legal business risk profiling, and is valued for her technical brilliance, confidentiality and discretion.
Strong focus within the personal injury sector, having been involved in a number of the sector’s highest profile M&A and bank funding projects. Using her background as a serious injury/clinical negligence lawyer together with management Board and finance experience. Zoe has advised leading personal injury firms including Iwrin Mitchell, Jackson Lees, Pattinson Brewer, Simpson Millar, Switalskis, Minster Law and Fletchers.
Zoe has advised in some of highest profile deals in the legal services market, advising new entrants into the legal sector, such as North Edge Capital, Money Plus Group and the Co-Operative Group. Zoe has led the specialist projects team for clients such as US Funder Fortress Group LLC, Equistone, Money Plus Group and Irwin Mitchell. Bank clients include RBS, NatWest, HSBC and Yorkshire Bank.

John Humpherson, Finance and Commercial Director
John joined ZebraLC in 2013 and is a member of the management Board and the Specialist Projects Team. John brings 20 years experience in business, within large multinationals as well as SMEs. He has significant experience in high growth businesses including two successful PLCs. As an additional string to his bow, John has specific experience in the legal sector and has supported law firms building their personal injury departments post LASPO. He is a champion of cohort reporting to drive case progression and greater visibilty around emerging risks affecting WIP and cashflow. John has been part of the specialist projects team for clients such as US Funder Fortress Group LLC, Equistone, Money Plus Group and Irwin Mitchell. He has also led on a number of bank due diligence projects for Yorkshire Bank, HSBC, RBS and NatWest.
Vicki Acres, Project Consultant – Specialist Project Team
Vicki joined Zebra in 2012. Vicki is a vastly experienced technical lawyer and project manager. Whilst in private practice, Vicki had a national profile as a clinical negligence expert and worked extensively on Legal Aid franchising. Joining Zebra at its inception, Vicki has led on a number of ZebraLC’s specialist & major due diligence projects as well as undertaking a number of key client consulting projects. Vikci has been part of the specialist projects team for clients such as US Funder Fortress Group LLC, Equistone, Money Plus Group, Mobeus, Minster Law, Fletchers and Irwin Mitchell.
